This existing stage was titled in 2012 and sold extremely fast, accordingly we secured the adjoining land and are pleased to be able to offer another 3 sizable stages.  The first stage of the new block has also sold extremely well and we are about to release the second stage.  With title having issued in August dwellings are already under construction and we envisage title of the new stage in April 2016.
